Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost,  they are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null and void.

Vouchers are generally valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stipulated on the voucher itself.
